Sunday

Well it was a great day of worship, family time and football. We headed out around nine this morning for worship at Element Church with son Bobby. He had a great message on why "we do what we do" and the music was awesome as well. Afterwards we took grand daughter Annsley with us and we stopped at Subway for subs for lunch then headed back to her house where we ate, played and watched a little football.

It was 76 today in Riverview but as we left around 3:30 and came back across the bridge into Pinellas County we could feel the temp change as the cool water made almost a 10 degree difference at our house. It was still nice but has since cooled down a bunch since the sun went down. The Seahawks were beaten by a very good Bears team in cold snowy Chicago. We have some friends the Chonko's and Thompson's who once lived here in Pinellas but have long since moved by to that area and we know they are excited for their Bears. The Jets beat a good Patriot team which I didn't think would happen in the Patriots town but once again upsets seems to be the theme for this years playoffs.

We are having the family all except for Bobby's for supper tomorrow of chops, collards, pintos, turnip casserole and salad. There will be no rec workout tomorrow as its MLK Day so we can sleep in. LATER
