Sunday

Well it was the start of a busy day with our quiet time and a lite breakfast before getting ready to drive over to Tampa for worship at Element Church. We were greeted by several who we recognized us and made us feel welcome as well as lots of new faces. There were a couple of familiar faces from our house church and it was good to touch base with them as well as we haven't been back to our weekly Wednesday evening get together since we've returned from the mountains.
After service we headed down to Publix's to purchase fresh ground meat for burgers and tater tots for our lunch. Bobby figured out a web site to watch the blacked out BUCS on the Internet and that was a bust as we made too many errors and we were slaughtered by the STEELERS. We had the Rays game on at the same time and they too lost big time to the Mariners. Yesterday was not a great day for the sports fans in Tampa Bay. It was certainly a great day to have a little grand baby time in with Annsley and Gabriel and of course their parents. We headed out after the game for IKEA warehouse in Tampa to see about birthday presents for Annsley in October. Wow what a store that is and the parking lot was full for a Sunday evening. Its really a nice store and loaded with great bargains for the whole household. They even have a food court there and the aroma of their fresh baked cinnamon rolls permeated the lower level.
After leaving Tampa we stopped by GG and Pap's as niece Arriane was getting ready to drive back to Miami with her younger brother Evan and 2 fellow teachers who came up on Friday to view one of the Ray's games. We visited with them for a couple hours before they headed out around 8 o'clock. We then headed on home and watched a little football before turning in around 11 PM with a large electrical storm brewing outside. I don't think we got much rain. LATER
