Tuesday

Well the morning started out with rain showers and not as cool as the past couple morning; however that would change as the day progressed. Its going down into the high 40's tonight but supposed to have bright sunshine tomorrow. After my quiet time and my usual breakfast of oatmeal, cinnamon and honey I rode out on the bike to the rec for some pickle ball. I got in nearly an hour of good play before I was summoned home to help with Amy and Ava.

Amy has been suffering with pneumonia for about 3 weeks all together and has been on all kinds of antibiotics but her back, shoulder and chest area has started to really pain her so much so she can't get any rest plus she's having a difficult time taking a deep breath. Nancy took her to have a chest x-ray once again today and she still has some pneumonia but the test showed some improvement so the doctor put her on a muscle relaxer and a type of cough inhibitor. Hopefully these prescriptions will at least give her a chance to get some rest so she can fight this condition, of course being 8 months pregnant isn't helping at all with her lung condition. The baby is so large it has her lungs spread out. Please keep her in your thought and prayers.

I had the privilege of watching Ava most of the day and she has me wrapped. She is so cute and so smart and never stops jabbering. Well not much else going on just the usual. Hopefully Amy will get a good nights rest. Nancy is still coughing up luges of color and the doctor was supposed to call her in another round of antibiotics but when we went to get them around 7 PM the pharmacy either did get it or the doctor forgot to call it in. I keep taking my Vitamin C and garlic so far so good.

Well for those who follow groundhogs it wasn't a good day especially for our northern and mountain friends and family with the prospect of another 6 weeks of winter weather, Yuck. LATER
